why did i got banned while playing on normal match, only thing i can think of is the overlay im using. Im using the Custom Desktop Logo to have a better crosshair because its kinda hard to see the default white dot crosshair from ingame and i only made a green + crosshair . sigh ...

Yha, using 3rd party software for that isn't allowed for creating a better crosshair.
You can find a list of all whitelisted software here: EAC - Whitelisted software
Maybe request more crosshair options so you can customize them in-game.
If a lot of people agree it might be added in the game, I mean I would support it 🤔
But hey, at least it's not a permaban 😳
i had the same thing done , temp ban for 28 days but then after a few hours i got a mail for permanent ban . please like atleast should give one chance just for using a crosshair ,giving me a perma ban its not like aimbot ,but i admit its a third pt software .
