Banned with no info

Yesterday I logged in after getting off work, loaded into firing range while waiting for a friend to get on. Not even a minute after we drop in I get booted to menu screen saying "Client Game account has been banned" I quite literally never use voice/text chat, no offensive names, no cheats or sketchy hardware on the system. I have attempted to send in 2 appeals already and received zero feedback or even a confirmation email and have nowhere else to turn. I have paid a considerably amount of money towards this game to not be stupid enough to do something to get banned. Thanks to anybody that can help or share a similar situation.
