Battle Pass Ultimate Purchased through WEBSITE not yet received.

I have purchased this battle pass as stated in the title, the money was deducted from my account INSTANTLY, so where is my battle pass? It has been over 2 hours and it is still not in my account?? La...

UPDATE

Received a response from EA support where I had to provide verification information, I responded within 7 minutes, and now 2+ hours later I am waiting again. It just gets worse, so I hope everyone else does not make the same mistake as myself. 

This marks the end of my post and thanks for trying to assist me. I will just hope they give me my battle pass within under 24 hours from now. Have a great day further and use my experience as an example.
