Sorry to hear you haven't received the Battle Pass after your purchase. I know it's frustrating when you've paid for something and it doesn't show up.

Sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours for a purchase to fully process and appear in-game. I recommend fully restarting your game and your Xbox console to see if that helps to refresh your account.

If the Battle Pass still hasn't appeared after that time, you will need to get in touch with our support team directly, as we cannot view player account or purchase details here on the forums for your security.

Since you are on Xbox, you will need a copy of your proof of purchase from the Microsoft Store for the team to investigate. You can usually find this in your email receipts or in your Microsoft account's transaction history.
