Borderless Window Performance

Has anyone else noticed a huge drop in FPS in Borderless Windowed mode now?

I recently updated my Windows 11 and Nvidia drivers. Previously I had no issue keeping my FPS pegged at my limit of 140 (RTX 3090). Now in Borderless Window mode I can barely get over 120fps and it drops pretty hard sometimes. In full screen with no FPS cap I get over 240 fps constant

    I believe I've narrowed it down to either a bad driver install or the overlay for GeForce Experience. I am now back on the latest drivers and still nice and smooth

    For anyone curious, I removed my drivers using DDU then installed an older one from the Nvidia site (from September) without GeForce Experience and now it's buttery smooth and awesome in BWM
