BOUGHT APEX COINS AND DIDNT RECIEVE THEM

Hello, today i spend 20euros for apex coins via paysafe and i didnt recieve any of them. I checked my paysafe account and it says "payment pending" and i saw that I was charged though. Its the first time this happens, i've bought all 4 battlepasses and never had this issue. Please someone help. Thank you.

When you've got the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and help out with those coins. I'm afraid it's not something we can look into here on Answers HQ.

Hi I'm having the Same issue where I'm not getting my coins! I've been on with your help tem two times in two days and for some reason no ones been able to actually help me. When I go back to the support page, it now says no channels available. I'm getting pretty frustrated with this, especially since theres literally nothing I can do about it. All I wanna do is buy the battlepass and for some reason it's like pulling teeth! ☹️

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting this sorted out. If you're not seeing any contact options on the Help site it may be outside of the contact hours for your location.

If you have a way to do so, you could also try speaking with the team through Facebook or Twitter as well. The team who works on those channels should also be able to look into this.

I tried to spend $20 on apex coins and redeemed the code via the EA website and still haven't gotten them in game
