Bought Battle Pass and didnt recieve anything

Hello Today is the launch of season 25 so i bought the battle pass and didnt get anything i did a little research and found out that i bought only the ultimate+  upgrade to the battle pass not the actual battle pass itself is there a fix to this because it took my money. My platform is Playstation.
