Bought Battle Pass and didnt recieve anything

Hello Today is the launch of season 25 so i bought the battle pass and didnt get anything i did a little research and found out that i bought only the ultimate+&nbsp; upgrade to the battle pass not the actual battle pass itself is there a fix to this because it took my money. My platform is Playstation.

It also happened to me even though it gave me the 10 levels it didn't give me anything else
