Check this. Dude, I appealed my false ban on Apex. Look at this screenshot. I sent it 10AM, within 2 minutes, I immediately got the same auto response. No support. No help. No reason. No response. Nothing.
I have never cheated, and will NEVER cheat. But you guys have a serious false ban problem, because there is no way you are trying to pin me for "gameplay enhancement" when I never did anything.
I don't use weird gear, I provided VIDEO EVIDENCE as well, and nobody viewed my video. I provided a public link, and I can still see the video is sitting on 0 views. There is no human help.
My account is purely just stolen from me by EA.

Afraid I'm not able to see the full details on your situation, however if you've reached the maximum number of appeals for this action and the ToS team declined to remove the penalty, it's entirely possible they'll just continue to provide the last message for additional appeals moving forward. That would not require a lengthy investigation at all.
A video showing normal gameplay as evidence really tells us nothing unfortunately. That could mean nothing was used while recording the video, but that doesn't take into account any other time accessing the game that wasn't recorded. Our Terms of Service team would rely on our own records and information to make their decisions when looking at an appeal.
