Can’t queue into anything not even firing range

I was playing like normal yesterday and got on today and can’t play anything. I’ve restarted console and game turned on and off crossplay and even deleted and redownloaded the game. I’ve tried lots of connectivity issues and nothing has worked. I’ve played on my alt account though on the exact same setup so I figure something has to be wrong with my ea account on main. Someone also hacked onto my account and was the last to play on it so maybe they did something. But I have no clue how to fix whatever is wrong
