Can’t hear squad members in game chat

I can’t hear any of my squad mates in game, I have an xbox one.

    @MrBlonde8581 

    Have you checked all the volume settings? Also, make sure your chat volume isn't turned down. When you look at the party, do you see others flashing when they speak?

    Let's see if we can find out what's going on. What headset are you using? Also, have you tried hard restarting your Xbox since this started happening? Thanks!

    Headphones: Steel Series Artic 9X

    Hard reset but issue wasn't resolved. Checked settings and game chat is ON.

    I’m having the same problem and I did everything you said to do and check and still can’t hear anyone

    I’m using the Astro a 50s with the adapter and I can talk but I can’t hear them and I’ve checked on my volume and restarted the Xbox. I’ve done everything you said tips it’s the only game that has this problem. No other game has this problem
