Can’t Load Into Game or Invite Join on Friends

Can’t load into Apex or InviteJoin Friends

I’m playing Apex on PS5 and frequently finding my account not fully loading into the main screen. My characters name only shows ‘Player’ and I’m unable to invite friends to my party and/or join on my friends. What do I need to do to fix? I’ve already tried closing app and reloading in, restarting, reinstalling, but no improvement. HELP!!!

Hi @WoodyTheDood To confirm have you already tried changing your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Hello, I am hardwired into Internet. Test connection speeds of 101.6 gbps and 7.6 upload speed.
once I reinstalled the game last night, I was able to play and invite friends, but it suddenly turned to ‘player’ this afternoon and has not changed since. Im feeling like my only option at this point is to continue uninstalling and reinstalling if I want to play.
