Can I get help form an actual human from EA support?

They advised you to do that in the email you submitted for the appeal? If they advise that, why wouldn't they just unban the account, what's the difference if you're playing on a new account or the same one? Just so you would have lost your stuff and possibly buy more on a new account? That's the only reasoning behind it I can imagine, but who in their right mind would do that, if you can get banned at any point for nothing again... 

It's ridiculous man, the fact that the team who got the authority to ban is completely secluded and the only way to contact them is email which they don't even read, create a new account is outrageous dude

That’s exactly it sonjtzu .. we keep the game alive. I had an advisor say “sorry create a new account” 

sonjtzu You just can't argue your case with EA I guess, nothing you say helps, I tried so hard to appeal my case, but everything I said was ignored, I don't think anyone actually bothered to read what I wrote.

RealSwtpotatoTTV Knowing EA and that it got me banned I'm not even sure if I should write it here, since this is my other account, if I decide to keep playing occasionally, but It was a common meme, I'll shoot you a private message with the names with one that got me suspended and the one that got me banned. And yeah I'm following your situation and its messed up, but at least you're getting pretty quick and nice responses here on the forum, which still probably doesn't change anything.

I've been banned for absolutely no reason at all, after multiple appeals all I'm getting is automated response and no real reasons or solution or questions,  nothing!! I don't think they're investigating at all, first 3 appeals my **bleep**, I've got all the live chat transcripts and proof of my account being hacked but nooooo , while all these hackers are running apex, ban the legit players keeping your stupid game alive

I got banned for “cheating” you know me with my 0.44 k/d , face plants into walls while attempting wall bounces, can’t tap strafe to save my life, carry extra ammo bc I miss a lot of shot… but I’m cheating because the anti cheat software is soOoOo accurate it flagged me. 

Well unfortunately I already did all 3 ant they all came to the same result, no matter how I state my case, it gets declined. Well I guess it's time to move on to another game, I'm not risking investing time and money into something that's getting taken away without a real good reason, something like that shouldn't get anyone more than a sanction of some sort, unless its actually something bad...

Real people are investigating the first 3 disputes. After that, requests for disputes are declined. If you haven't submitted 3 disputes, yet, you're welcome to submit another.
