Can I merge 2 EA accounts?

I switched my xbox accounts recently and went to switch the xbox account my EA account was linked to but was told it can only be linked to one user in it's lifetime. I was wondering if there was anything I can do because I put a lot of time into the account and have bought things.

Hey @Cwat1980,

I'm afraid it's not possible to merge separate EA accounts at this time, or otherwise transfer or combine progress between them.

You can try reaching out to support to see if they have other options to assist with the Xbox link specifically, but typically once you've linked one account you'll be unable to link a different one, as the message you mentioned stated.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look at what may be possible.

i have my main account which i cross progressed pc with xbox but i have a ps account but a different ea account is there a way of merging them together?
