Can not create new case
Every time I tried to create a new case, the website will only show me a case number,. But when I tried to find it in my case, it is not there. I also could not track it through the case number. I j...

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. We can't look into bans from here. We do have a dedicated TOS team though, they handle Sanctions and Bans. You will need to reach out to them by filling out the webform if you believe the ban was added by mistake/no rules were broken. They'll look into it get back to you via email once they've confirmed whether the ban was added correctly or can be overturned. Be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folders...sometimes the emails can be routed through to there). Sorry, I'm not asking to unban my account. I just wondered how could I create a case to contact TOS team. Currently, I couldn't create the case.

Yes. There is an issue. Every time I tried to create a case, they will give me a case number, But I cannot track this case in my case or use the case number. And there is no follow-up from the support team
