Can we get an update on the issue with stuck on the loading screen?!

Hello,

What is the nature of the issue?

is it when you your loading the EAC splash screen, is it when you load into the game start menu or is it when you go into game?

What have you tried already?

@The_Tibber It on the start screen (where you can see Bloodhound, Wraith and Octane) this glich has been like this since April 2th after the update came out. its so frustration!!

The deep reinstall would do more than just uninstall and clean up files that are left on the system.

@The_Tibber to be honest all of the steps seen so complicated. I dont know what to do. and why this happening getting stuck on the loading screen?

@The_Tibber I tried one of the option and i tried to open APEX this pops up 

Okay find your volume icon at the bottom right and right click it.

then select sound settings.

Now select the sound device in the drop box:

If you only have one device it might be a driver issue.

If thats the case post a Dxdiag (this guide: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ )

and ill look up what driver you will need.

Who knows it might just be outdated. 🙂

Just so i know, what device do you use for sound? your Monitor? Headphones? Speakers? or something else?
