Sorry to hear you’re running into that.
Since this is on PS5 and you’ve already tried reinstalling the game and restoring licenses, a few things may still be worth checking:
- Fully restart the console and try again.
- Make sure you’re signed into the correct PlayStation and EA accounts.
- Check whether the issue is only affecting Apex Coins purchases, or purchases in general on the PlayStation Store as well.
- If you were charged but the Coins never appeared, please also check whether there may be a delay before they show up in-game.
