I forgot to mention I play Apex on PS5, of that makes a difference.

Sorry to hear you’re running into that.

Since this is on PS5 and you’ve already tried reinstalling the game and restoring licenses, a few things may still be worth checking:

Fully restart the console and try again.
Make sure you’re signed into the correct PlayStation and EA accounts.
Check whether the issue is only affecting Apex Coins purchases, or purchases in general on the PlayStation Store as well.
If you were charged but the Coins never appeared, please also check whether there may be a delay before they show up in-game.
