Cannot ready up and party menu says 0/0 players

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Returned to the lobby after the game and could not ready up for a match

What happens when the bug occurs? This only affects me when in a party (I think.) I cannot ready up. I cannot play training mode. I cannot play firing range. I cannot play any game modes. However I can buy micro transaction currencies. The party menu says 0/0 players (see attachment) and my name in the lobby sometimes disappears.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to ready up and join the match.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Seems to be a connection issue but I've tried all the basic and advanced connection troubleshooting.
