Can't buy Apex Coins. Shows up as "Unavailable" in store

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I can not purchase any points causing me not being able to get the new battle pass

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? A inter month of game play so bout 200 games
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) It’s happen during the session 2 wattson battle pass after I purchase that battle pass and a update I notice I couldn’t purchase any points in the store
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Causing me not to be able to buy points to get items and to get the new battle pass
What should be happening instead? I should be able to buy point to get items from the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really don’t know the only thing comes to minds is to let y’all go into my account to fix the bug that is stopping me from purchasing coins. The the coin section that u can buy them at it says unavailable

I need help with purchasing coins on my account when I go to the coin area on the game where u can purchase coins it says unavailable it’s been saying this a little over 2 months. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but that did not work. This problem is really a inconvenience for me because I can not purchase the new battle pass. Can you reach back to me about my problem as soon as possible please and thank you.

Have you tried reaching out to Xbox Support to see if there are any purchase restrictions on your account? Although the purchase is made in our game and currency, the purchase still ultimately goes through the payment method you selected on your Microsoft account.

Do you happen to live in the EU?

Can't buy any coins from the game and I tried to bought them by ps store I pay them got the receipt but never got them on game...

And when I try to call you guys was a 2 hour wait and they never get to answer me, I need or my coins or my money back!!

It does not get to that point and I am able to buy other items on other games. It just says unavailable it won’t even let me go into the Microsoft store

I assume you have a normal Xbox account ( not underage or restrictive), can you look for Apex coins in Xbox store if that helps.
