Can't Buy Apex Coins

Purchased the 40$ coin pack perfectly fine, ended up getting the "Crimson Universal Melee Pack" started, got all but the last 3, needed 3,000 Coins to finish, stupid to not finish at this point. Well...

Im having the same issue rn, thought it was a steam Issue so i opened a ticket for failed purchase. I guess its the waiting game now.
