Hello, I have tried to buy apex coins but nothing works I play on steam so I thought it was a good idea too buy coins from steam but when i click buy and get transfered too the steam overlay and click auorise it just send me back to the game, whit no apex coins and my wallet stays the same, when I check the logs it says the purtsace failed anyone can help i have the funds in my steam wallet and support dosent wanna help it just sends me here My IDEA is Fluffypieee

If your Steam Wallet balance is not being charged and Steam shows the purchase as failed, the Apex Coins transaction likely did not complete. This means the coins were not added because Steam did not successfully process the purchase.
Please try the following:
If the purchase still fails, this will need to be checked by Steam Support, since the transaction is failing before the funds are taken from your Steam Wallet.
