Can't change any info in EA account

I'm trying to setup login verification, but I never receiving a code. Its seems that EA have problems with sending codes at any mail besides gmail, so I tried to change my mail;
somehow I managed to set gmail as my second mail, But when I try to change my main mail, I get this error:

And it happens regardless of what mail I write, I've tried 3 different mails, two of which were gmails and I have acess to all of them.

Then I tried to link my phone number to account and guess what? I either don't receive a code or have this error:

p.s. Tbh it is very frustrading, I've been trying to do this for 5 days already. Why is it so hard to change any personal info in my EA account and why EA support is so terrible? I never had a worse experience, even to contact EA support u need to read 10 topics about stuff doesn't related to your issue and then you'll end up posting at forum anyways
