Can't change my account marketing settings in privacy tab

I noticed i wasnt receiving news in apex anymore so i looked at my account and noticed that, sure enough, my in-game news box was unchecked. So i go to click it, and nothing happens. I tried everythi...

@EA_Pulsar I tried all of that I even tried it on different devices but it just doesn't let me click it. I tried to get in contact with support but the queue was stuck at 15 minutes remaining for over half an hour

@NoobbyGroovy Try to submit your case again from a different web browser or a new incognito tab and see if that works.
