Can't Create Support Case

My Apex Coins disappeared from my account so I tried opening a support case. After I opened it, the status immediately went to 'Waiting on Player' even though I never received a response and I can't even provide a response on the case. The case closed a few days later with no response. How can I get help on my issue?
