cant find a match after being unbanned

i was unbanned the other day (was only banned for less than 24 hours)when i try finding a match it says 1 player in queue i waited about 45 minuets and still says the same thing so i waited 24 hour...

Hey everyone,
I've forwarded each report to the team, and we're currently reviewing them.

Please note:

If a ban was correctly issued, it will remain in place.
If a ban was removed after our review, these accounts should now be restored and able to queue into matches without any issues.
