cant find a match after being unbanned

i was unbanned the other day (was only banned for less than 24 hours)when i try finding a match it says 1 player in queue i waited about 45 minuets and still says the same thing  so i waited 24 hour...

Hey EA_Mari​ whatever you guys reviewed and did, didnt work, still in 1 player queues, other account works just fine when testing.
