My settings(all of them) reset every time i close and reboot my game. People have told me i should fix it in videoconfig.txt which is supposedly should be in C:\Users\KarambaMax\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex, but there's no files inside my Saved games folder(in other words: it's empty) does anyone have a fix to this so i can find my files or reinstall them in teh correct place
Community ManagerThis is probably caused by your antivirus/antimalware software.
You can check by just temporarily disabling that.

Community ManagerIt seems like Avast is preventing the settings files from being written to correctly so we want to either disable Avast to test and if the issue is resolved, you can "whitelist" Apex in that software to let it know it is a known safe piece of software.
In Avast you should whitelist Apex:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Apex\r5apex.exe

for starters uninstall avast. it was proven to be collecting personal data
