6 years agoThis is probably caused by your antivirus/antimalware software.
You can check by just temporarily disabling that.
If your settings remain, then you can 'whitelist' Apex as follows:

@EA_Barry Hey thx, I have avast antivirus and i have the default windows built in stuff, i tried turing em of(atleast to my knowlegde) and nothing happened. Can you explain more indepth this method(yes i clicked and watched the link), i think we're on to something though
