Cant get into a game due to few players in queue

Hi, I can usually load into the main screen just fine when playing Apex Legends, the problem comes when i try to actually find a game . Whenever i try and get into one, it will say there's only 2-3...

I was playing couple of matches then out of sudden I wasn’t able to play anymore. It keeps says 2-5 player in a queue is there a reason why ? Or can someone help me how to fix it?
