Not Receiving Twitch drops despite being linked

I am seeking help finding a resolution for Twitch drops not appearing in game after claiming. Accounts are properly linked and I've also logged in and checked all platforms linked to my EA account and no drops are anywhere to be found. 

I have claimed 5+ apex packs over the last month and there is an entire ALGS drop schedule ongoing right now. I would like to receive the drops I'm missing and resolve the issue so I can participate with drops as intended moving forward.  

I've already tried contacting EA help chat and they couldn't do anything for me but direct me to this forum. 

Help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

    I'm having the exact same issue.

    My Twitch and EA accounts are linked correctly, and EA Support has already confirmed that the account linking is not the problem. I've claimed multiple Twitch Drops over the past month, but not a single reward has been added to my account.

    I've contacted EA Support several times over the past month, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. The last time I contacted support, they simply disconnected the chat and marked my case as "Player Unavailable," even though I was actively waiting in the chat. My ticket was closed without any resolution.

    At this point, I'm just looking for someone to properly investigate the issue instead of closing the case. Hopefully we can both get this resolved.
