Can't hear sound or can't hear sound from different directions

Weird sound issue here but I am in the middle of updating graphics driver to see if that helps... I can hear what's in front of me very well BUT I cannot hear anything behind me and can barely hea...

I have the same problem I'm on ps4 and I can only hear a player if I'm looking at them if I turn its nothing at all how do I fix it
