Cant join the game

Hello, I am stuck when trying to enter the game. I exited the game and re-entered it, verified the files, but I couldn't find a solution. Then I clear cash and go dns for both 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 but not worked. Even I reinstalled the game both steam and ea. Also, I tried the unplugged usb but there is only 3 usb on pc which are mouse, keyboard and headset receivers.

I'm unable to enter the game in any way. Please help
