This is also happening to me. Consistent over the last 8 hours no matter what server I try to play on, how many times I restart my ps4 or the game, or what DNS settings I'm using.
Mine was stuck like that for hours. Had to change my wifi DNS to 8.8.8.8. 8.8.4.4. Then it worked instantly. Hope this helps everyone out
