Cannot link Xbox and pc accounts

I normally play apex on my xbox but due to how bad the optimization is for xbox i decided to try and play on my pc, I attempted to link my xbox account but it kept forcing me to link some random account id never seen before and now my EA account is linked to some random xbox account and I CANT UNLINK IT FOR 9 MONTHS. after roughly an hour of navigating the EA website and having what i would regret to call a conversation with the support AI, (which just asks me the same questions over and over), I cannot seem to make a case to talk to an actual person, so if anyone has advice for unlinking the xbox account that is locked to my account or how to make it so it doesnt force me to link to some random xbox account and actually lets me type my info in.

Hi there. I removed the image showing player IDs. I understand they might not be yours, but account details shouldn't be posted on public forums.

As far as this issue goes, you'll need to get a case open with an advisor. That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
