Unable to link PlayStation account

I had recently gotten a PlayStation 5 and wanted to play Apex legends. When I downloaded the game and opened it I was on a new account that had nothing on it, so I went to EA to link my PlayStation account to my EA account that I had made on my Xbox in 2016. At first it told me it was already linked to a PlayStation account “my old ps3 that is broken and no longer works” so I logged into my Xbox account and unlinked the PlayStation and tried linking my account. But when I tried linking it, it just brings me to a “error try again” pop up and won’t let me link my link PlayStation to my account. I contacted support and talked to 4 different people for 2 hours to be told to wait 6 months for something. Then I tried logging back into my account and contacting support on that account but when I go to “contact support” I can’t click it and it won’t let me contact someone.

    At the end of all of what I said I said I can’t contact support because it won’t let me.

    Did you try the chat bot until you ran out of options? It should let open a case then.
