Can't play online
Whenever I try to play the game the message "This profile is not permitted to play online." appears. I thought my account mightve been suspended for something but when I check my ban history there is nothing there.

same due... yesterday i just got another heirloom on my account and this morning been told can not enjoy it whatever i tried
