Title: Still Receiving Ban Message After Unban – Need Urgent Help

Hi EA Support,

My Apex Legends account (EA ID: [wolfalony1]) was recently unbanned, but I’m still seeing the “banned” message in-game and can’t access anything. I’ve contacted support three times already, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

It seems like the unban hasn’t fully gone through on the backend, or something’s not syncing properly. I’d really appreciate it if this could be escalated to someone who can look deeper into the technical side.

    Hi there. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. Try opening a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can look into why you're still seeing that banned message. Thanks!
