Can't play ranked match

I played my last game with friends on March 5th, and I didn't log into the game until the night of April 3rd.
When I logged into APEX on April 3rd, I found my rank changed from Bronze 2 to Bronze 1. And I got some battle pass levels and some skins.
It's weird. Because these are not mine. So I think my account must got hacked.
Now it says my account is banned. I checked my mailbox and I found an email from March 22 that said I was banned. But I haven't played APEX since March 5th. I think the hacker must use cheating application with my account.
Then, I created a case for ban. But I was rejected twice. And now, I could only get robot reply.
I tried to communicate with online customer service, but they created the case again and I still got robot reply. It didn't work.
I really don't know how to solve it, please help me.😢
 
Oh, by the way, I did not turn on EA's account protection until yesterday. To prevent account theft, I turned it on yesterday.
I always play APEX on Steam. You can check whether the account is using Steam to play the game on the day of the abnormal behavior. If not Steam, it won't be me at all.

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @Zero_Bloodedge_X.

    If they have repeatedly denied your appeals then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
