Cant Play "the application encountered an unrecoverable error"

I can't play apex since the update. every time I click to play the error message pop up says "the application encountered an unrecoverable error". I got the screenshot of the error message. I tried...

look i fixed it by downloading the steam_api64 again and copy it (replace) to C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 try it and tell me if it works

@Phantom65x before you do a fresh install of windows try reset your bios by removing the CMOS battery from your motherboard, wait 5 minutes, then reinsert. let me know how it goes.
