Which frametime? you mean framerate? I recommond 190. When you're not running at GPU limit it's always CPU limit, but this is not always a huge problem. If it doesn't feel smooth than try to encrease the grafics for GPU limit, to see if it feels better than.

Another thing, my GPU usage when I brake at 240fps, is at 70%, putting everything at LOW, can the CPU be at 80% limiting? One of its cores, I thought of getting a 5600x ryzen
