cant unlink account

i have tried to contact ea support many times however every time it gets declined without a responce what i am contacting you about is that my steam account got unlawfully banned i also got banned on other games at the same time such as escape from tarkov and fortnite aswell as apex i have never cheated and i am not asking to be unbanned i understand why you cant do that i just want my xbox account to be unlinked from the ea account connected to the steam account i spent hundereds of pound on that account and got to the highest rank in the game i bought a pc waiting for ages cross progression to be added after delay and delay and recently before that my account was banned

I'm sorry to say, a platform account cannot be unlinked if there is an active ban on it. You can find more information on bans in the article here.

yes i know but i need a solution i spoke to someone on the live chat and they told me to say my issue would be helped here by someone higher up

There's nothing we can do about it here so I don't know why they told you to post on the forums. Unlinking accounts cannot be used as a way to circumvent a ban. You would also lose all content and progress if the account was unlinked.

if i lost all progress i would just unlink the steam account and link another one to it but what qualifies someone for a unban because if there was someone deserveing of one it would be me the amount of time and money i have put into this game

Linking another account won't restore that progress. At this point, the only think you can do is start over on a new account since your current one can't be unlinked due to the ban.

there has to be a way as people get unbanned be when i submit an unban request it gets denied dispite never cheating and everything i have put into this game

I don't have anything else to suggest. We cannot help with this over Answers HQ. ToS has denied to overturn the ban. We can't change their decision.
