Case not applied

I launched Apex Legends after about five months, only to discover a few days ago that my account had been suspended for hacking. I submitted an appeal for my penalty, but no case has been created....

minerkimbab Sorry to hear that you are having issues contacting EA. However, since the EA TOS Team are the only ones who can handle EA Account bans, they are the ones you would need to reach back out to.

I made several inquiries but received no response.

After several months, I tried to play Apex in September only to find my account suspended. I've contacted customer support multiple times since September but haven't received any response at all. I tried every method I could think of, but nothing was even registered except for inquiries made after logging out. I haven't even received an email confirming whether my case is being processed or if it was rejected. Can I really expect to get any help from EA customer support through inquiries?

minerkimbab Sorry, bans cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

Note: EA only allows players to appeal their EA Account ban up to 3 times. If you had already appealed your EA Account ban 3 times with no success, that does sadly mean that your ban will be upheld.

If I had received a response, I wouldn't have come here. But I never once received a reply to my inquiry. So where am I supposed to get help?
