Clients game has been banned - Apex Legends

I am going through the same situation as you. After I access the menu, it eventually notifies me that my account has been banned. I've attempted multiple times to no avail. Have you managed to resolve it?

Im running into a similar problem, Im playing apex legends for the first time.
I just ended the Tutorial yesterday, and wanted to play my first 3-Match Battle Royal game.

I logged in and recieve an separat Message that my Client has been banned?? How the heck is that even possible.
I just finished the Tutorial... I already made an Ticket, but the answer was : There a Bug/Glitch that causes that issue
that my account isn't banned, but wow what a company to be playing a game on that banns new players lol

Fun fact : I played the game for like 20 minutes after having stuggle to even install it for 2 days lol.
And I checked my bann history and its empty

EA knows everything, but they are unwilling to admit it or face this problem. I don’t believe they can’t check whether we have been banned in the background. xd. This is EA's best anti-cheating, it bans more legitimate players, but those cheaters are still at large! ! ! ! ! !

If you read what i posted above you would know i’m not asking for help, im asking if other players are also running into this same issue.

Nope, I created a ticket and spoke with an EA rep, they told me it was a known issue and that it can take anywhere from 1-10 days to resolve. Not too sure how I can be playing one day and the next i’m just no longer able to login. I’ve been playing since the game launched on and off. 

ive already waited more than 10 days its still ongoing. Tickets take 10 days to answer. I've found out linking to a console can still play there. Ive been unable to unlink my account which means im not banned

Unlink you ea account to the connect services (steam, xbox, psn)? I could definitely try that and see but at this point i’ve given up hope on checking everyday.

did unlinking work? I'm having the same problem and I have been told there is no reason for my ban but they are still not unbanning me.
