I found the solution. Open cmd as an administrator, and then run the following three codes one by one:

certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst
certutil -addstore -f root roots.sst
del roots.sst

Thank you very much! it worked for me.

I have been trying to find a solution for 3 days but nothing worked, I hope EasyAntiCheat add some error messages in the future to make it easier to trace the cause.
