When loading up the next match I was kicked from the game. I saw code snake, didn't know what that meant, thought I just needed to relog. So I tried again and then it kicked me again and said my account was banned. I reached out to EA and filed requests to look into my ban further and they say that they've taken all action they can on it. Why was I banned? How long am I banned? I don't have anything in my ban history. I've filed four cases with terms of service on this wrongful ban and just get auto responses. I've never cheated in my life and my KDR can prove it haha. I play this game as a pass time with my terminally ill fiancee and now we cant play together because of some weird ban bug. Like I've said, I've already submitted requests for assistance FOUR times and each time I just get told that they can't remove the ban and hit me with a link of terms of service. I've never cheated! Now I'm just being ignored. I put money in this game because I like playing it and want to continue to but now I can't and all of that was literally taken from me because of a bug in what ever code snake is. Why won't anyone help me? Why am I just getting auto responses to my claims that I file? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP FIX THIS!

Someone finally listened somewhere and fixed the accidental ban. I still have so much distrust of this company. I want to spend money on this game but fear this all happening again. I've made it a habit to now record all game play so maybe if this bug happens again I can have actual footage of this issue. Thank you for correcting your error. I really hope I can trust this company in the future.

@Gr8White26 A lot of people are in the very same problem, I've been banned for more than a month now. Sent many tickets and the outcome was the same as yours. Nothing to do for now. Hope for a fix or just play another game. The frustration is huge I can understand.

The article will have details on how you can dispute the ban.

@EA_Atic This is just one more useless post that I've been given from EA. Reporting this bug that bans people and trying to appeal it get us no where because no one at EA actually cares. You got money from me and banned some no name person and no one can make you fix your mistake. Imagine if you actually cared to fix this. Then you wouldn't have countless people pissed that they got banned FOR NOTHING. The way EA is handling this matter is horrible and a fantastic way to lose ALL future business from individuals like myself. Why in the world would I ever want to buy another thing from EA knowing in the back of my head that if another ban bug happens that the company will just walk away laughing with my money in their hands. No thanks. EA really needs to take a serious look at this but I know they wont until a beloved streamer gets this exact bug and all hell raises lose. Amazing how the little guy gets ZERO help and just the automatic replies that get you no help at all. "keep waiting" is the worst recommendation for people that are having this problem. Did you file anything to anyone in the company about all the people that are having this issue and about how we all appeal it and nothing is taken? Did you do anything at all to actually help? Because I've BEEN waiting. This was the only way to reach out to EA since I've been trying to get my account back. This is unbelievable. AND TO TOP IT OFF THERES NOTHING SAYING THAT I WAS BANNED OR WHY?!?!?!
