I am getting disconnected every time in the character select menu and receiving code:net error almost every game since last 4 days. it was fine before that , i already tried flushing dns and restarting the game and pc but it does not work . the game is unplayable

To let u know the situation we are in, the most Pakistan hasn't been able to play the game since the choas event theory. If the same thing was happing to everyone, then there would have been a serious threat to apex. We Pakistanis on all platforms are facing infinite code.net, logic error, 1000 ping in every server other then bahrain, cant join anyone(as it woulf kick us of code.net) and all of this is not happening rarely, its happening every time i boot up apex wishing the errors to go away.Sorry for my bad English

Hello,I am also facing this issue for weeks now. I am from pakistan too. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps and reached out to my isp. They said the issue is on Ea`s end. I have contacted your support multiple times but it has been futile. Kindly escalate this issue as it`s not just one player but hundreds of players from pakistan.

@codeleaf00 Almost everyone in the Pakistan Apex Community is having this problem for almost 2 weeks now. Every time we get into a game we instantly get code net/leaf/wheel. I contacted my ISP(nayatel support). I think the most likely cause of the problem is the 8th hop when connecting to EA servers where we get 100% loss, nayatel says that the connection on their end is fine, once the connection leaves nayatel and on to the EA servers side (which could be the 8th hop) or some 3rd party connection to the EA servers, there is some problem and the server can not connect properly. Nayatel says its out of their hands.

Can we try running through some other troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the Code:Net errors you've been seeing? I saw that you already tried flushing the DNS, but there are some other things that may help.

When you have the chance I'd recommend checking out the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website first to see how that goes. If you're still getting the same error after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.

I appreciate it! Which datacenter are you usually connected to? Have you tried switching to any others to see if that makes a difference at all?

@EA_Kent usually i play on singapore , i tried using 8 other servers but i get same error on all of them it does not make a difference . sometimes code:net appears on the character select menu and other times after it . and happens almost every game .

Got it, thanks again. Were you ever able to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference at all? If there's anything else running on the PC that might be related to these disconnections, that could help to get around it.

@EA_Kent So I did clean boot but I still get code:net . I don't think the problem is with my pc or Internet because other games work fine . Only apex started code net . Furthermore most players from my country started having this issue since a week . I think the problem is with game servers which need to be fixed .
