@daddieaddy Wanted to check is your daughter under the same network? Does she have any issues?

Also if you have not can you try some additional steps below, and if you run into an issue can you share a UOTrace (Requires PC)?

Basic and Advanced Connection Steps
- Port Forwarding
- Default to an IPV4 address
- Try a different server
- Set up a Static IP
- Remove then Readd Gamer Tag to console

@EA_Illium How many people are you going to tell to try and fix it on their end. YOU KNOW THERE IS AN ISSUE. I love seeing these posts while you don’t acknowledge this, but hey, push out ANOTHER collection even, right? You guys should be ashamed, what an absolute joke.
