I logged in to my account recently and found my account was reset back to level 1. I've lost all my heirlooms, skins and progress that I made for 4 years. I play the game on Steam and I have almost 1800hrs on the game.
Is there a way I can recover all my lost progress. Thank you.
If you're sure you didn't log into the wrong account, I think you may have been hacked. A hacker exploited a vulnerability to modify the EA account linked to your Steam account in the background, allowing you to log into a different account. This issue has been around for a long time, but EA has never taken it seriously or fixed it.
You can try going to EA Help, selecting the contact form, choosing an option like "Account Security," filling in the relevant information, and submitting it. You should then see an option like "Chat with Customer Support," where you can discuss the matter with them; perhaps they can help you.
ChrisChelule Like what Rhodes_RedTone had said, make sure you are signing into the correct account, and if your EA Account was somehow hacked, you can contact EA Support to recover it.
Another thing is you had mentioned playing on Steam, so did you at any point unlink your Steam Account from your EA Account? (I'm asking because your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, so by unlinking a platform account, it can cause a loss of your Apex progress and data).
