@daddieaddy Wanted to check is your daughter under the same network? Does she have any issues?

Also if you have not can you try some additional steps below, and if you run into an issue can you share a UOTrace (Requires PC)?

Basic and Advanced Connection Steps
- Port Forwarding
- Default to an IPV4 address
- Try a different server
- Set up a Static IP
- Remove then Readd Gamer Tag to console

both xboxes are on the same switch then to the router. i have tried a direct line to router, wifi, on every xbox i have (6 in total) tried servers from all over the world in apex and it will not work tried static and dhcp it seems i am no the only one with issue, which is not at our end. all i want is to use my account, no one else in household has had any issues, 2 pc gamers a ps4 and the xboxes all work with apex on their accounts just not my one. i can log in on steam origin and ps4 but i have nothing as no cross progression all accounts linked to the same ea account. please can it be fixed
