Code:net problem

System: PC

Nickname: MowMiRandy

I have had a problem with my game for a long time, code: net pops up constantly, I heard that people affected by this problem can get a small gift in the form of a weapon skin or Apex Coins, I lost over 15 days of the season because of this mistake ...

    Hey @MowMiRandy,

    It sounds like you're referring to a specific issue that affected a small number of accounts earlier in the season. That was not referring to every person that received a code:net error, as code:net is a general connection error as well.

    It doesn't look like your account was affected by the specific issue, however if you're running into code:net we can certainly do some troubleshooting to try and see what could be causing that. 

    Have you tried any particular troubleshooting steps so far?

    I tried reinstalling, playing VPN and stuff, but it had little effect

  • I have already gone through the stages of changing ipv6 to ipv4, ipv4 to ipv6, DNS, UTP, and other things of this type, I paid over $ 150 for it in total and lost a month of time and the result is still missing, support gave me the same solutions

    Are you still currently receiving those code:net errors? I'm showing quite a few matches completed normally in the past few weeks here.

    I'd just like to get an idea for how often you're still seeing that error, or if it was just for that previous period of time you mentioned.

    If this is still currently happening to you and you've already finished the other troubleshooting steps, the next thing we could look at would be a UOTrace. That will give us a better idea of the route your connection's trying to take to get to our servers.

    Instructions for that can be found in the previous link as well if you'd like.
  • At the moment I use the GeForce Now cloud games service on which I also experienced the problem for about 2 months I had no access to the game via this code: net, at the moment I get kicked out on average once a day, but I can withstand it, on average I'm with it happy because I did not manage to do a few Events, so I lost some really nice prizes ...

    as compensation for players affected by this problem, you should add a small gift in the form of a skin to the character or something because lost 2 months without the option to play is really a failure...

    Unfortunately our available troubleshooting is going to be pretty limited when playing via a cloud gaming service.

    If you launch directly through Origin or Steam I'd suggest looking through these steps as well, though honestly that may not change things too much as you're currently streaming the game through another service.

    In that case it may be better to reach out directly per their FAQ.

  • I play variable, once on GeForce Now, once on my own equipment, just playing on my own equipment, I got the code: net error again, I read that there is supposedly some action from people affected by this error can be somehow rewarded, how can I report to collect such remuneration
