Complex account wipe issue
My account was banned from apex legends in 2021 and I believe it was a mistake. After appealing the process and getting met with emails that say they believe they took the correct action I had given up hope. To give more context I believe the account was hacked and used in an Asia server for cheating because of the emails i was receiving were coming back in Chinese during the appeal process. Years have past and I've revisited this as I still believe the ban was unjustified and misunderstood. The last appeal I made on the account halfway worked. I received an email from EA stating that the actions they took were still correct but the sanction had expired so I can log back into the account.
Once I logged in I noticed the ENTIRE account was wiped of all content and progress. It was a day one account and the issue has gone from confusing to devastating. Ive tried reaching out to EA help team and speaking with advisors but they've only made the issue more complicated. Multiple advisors could not understand the issue I was having even when explaining it in depth and the last advisor to help me ended up changing my EA accounts email to an email that does not exist. At this point I cannot submit an appeal or get in contact with another advisor to even revert that change.
This forum post is a desperate attempt to gather information and maybe some help from someone at EA as I am at my wits end. I can provide proof of all purchases on the account or anything needed to get some clarity or even resolve this issue. I really want my heirlooms back man this has been painful.
